At Burnett Farm Toys, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
